Through the years, Renaissance Group has had the privilege of working with numerous cardinals,
archbishops, bishops and pastors throughout the United States in arranging their travel to Europe. For example, Renaissance
Group coordinated in 1994 the pilgrimage to Rome for the Archdiocese of Baltimore on the occasion of the elevation of William
Cardinal Keeler to the College of Cardinals, and has assisted in other pilgrimages for that diocese. Since 1995 and upon the
Canonization of Eugene de Mazenod, travel arrangements were made for the 400+ members of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate. Numerous
other diocesan pilgrimages were planned to Rome for various clergy and laity. Renaissance Group coordinated travel arrangements
cardinals and bishops attending a Board of Trustees Meeting of the Catholic University of America to be held in Rome. In 2002,
Renaissance Group was the official agency in the USA coordinating travel arrangements for the Canonization of St. JoseMaria
Escriva in Rome, and assisted more than 1500 pilgrims who attended this religious event.
In October 2003, Renaissance Group was taking care of the Archdiocesan Pilgrimage to Rome for the Beatification of
Mother Teresa and the 25th anniversary of Pope John Paul II under the Spiritual Leadership of His Eminence Cardinal Theodore
McCarrick. Renaissance Group also provided travel arrangements to the large group of people who accompanied His Eminence to
Rome for his elevation as a Cardinal.
Having worked closely with the Vatican
throughout the years on travel arrangements for church officials and laity, individually and in groups, Renaissance Group
has the required experience, professional contacts, linguistic abilities and international prestige to undertake any small
or large scale pilgrimage to the holy sites of the world. This experience is not confined to Italy but throughout all of Europe.
Another specialty of the agency is student travel from various colleges as well as international conferences and congresses.
