Your tour director will be at the airport to greet you, and accompany you to your hotel.  Upon arrival, Mass will be celebrated at St. James Church, the church where St. Faustina went when she first arrived in WARSAW. The rest of the day is for relaxation; and in the evening you will enjoy a Welcome Dinner and show at a local restaurant.

Day 3 -WARSAW
After breakfast you will visit all the landmarks of WARSAW   : Old Town, Market Square, the Barbican, the Warsaw Ghetto Monument, Lazienki Park, the statue of Chopin, and the magnificently restored Royal Castle.  Mass will be celebrated at 3-9 Zytnia  Street, site of the convent which Faustina joined.  Dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, we travel to CZESTOCHOWA, with a stop in Swinice Warckie to visit the parish church of St. Casimir where St. Faustina was baptized and given the name Helen Kowalska.  We continue on to NIEPOKALANOW to visit a Franciscan monastery founded by St. Maximillian Kolbe and the Basilica of the Virgin Mary.   Our next stop is the site of Poland's greatest pilgrimage shrine, Our Lady of Czestochowa.  Dinner and overnight.

Mass and a visit to the Jasna Gora Monastery, one of the most important places of religious worship in the Christian world, with tradition of pilgrimages that date back to the 14th century.  Our Holy Father has frequently visited Jasna Gorna Monastery, known as the Shrine of the Black Madonna.  Mass will be celebrated at the Pauline Monastery and there will be time to venerate the priceless treasures contained within, including the Miraculous Icon.  Next, we travel on to ZAKOPANE, with a stop in WADOWICE, for a visit of the house where Karol Wojtyla, Pope John Paul II, was born.  It has since been turned into a shrine-like museum. We will also visit the church where he attended mass and in which he was baptized.  Next, we continue on to Zakopane, a resort village nestled in the splendor of the Tatras region.  This afternoon we  take a cable car ride to the nearby mountaintop for views of the extraordinary panorama.  Dinner and overnight.

Before leaving beautiful Zakopane,  we invite you to follow a short distance on one of John Paul II's walking trails of the Zakopane region, a beautifully-situated location within the Tatras Mountains in the valley between Gubalowka and Giewont.  Zakopane and its vicinity are something of a mountain folklore reserve, with wooden architecture typical of the region.  Horse-drawn carriages will take you to Kalatowki (optional).  Admire the picturesque landscapes of Poland’s highest mountains, and visit the Hermitage of St. Brother Albert, founder of the Albertines Order.  There will be a short walk along colorful Krupowki Street for some last-minute shopping in the local bazaar.  On route to KRAKOW we will stop in AUSCHWITZ, the notorious Nazi concentration camp.  We will see the cell that imprisoned St. Maximillian Kolbe and the Martyrdom Museum recalling the horror of the Holocaust. Upon arrival in Krakow, and after settling in, you will be escorted to your private motorcoach for a stroll throughout the old city before or after your dinner.   Dinner and overnight in your hotel.

Day 7 - KRAKOW - Full Day Visit to LAGIEWNIKI
After breakfast we depart for our day's excursion to LAGIEWNIKI, the capital of the Divine Mercy.  It was here that Christ Himself passed to our generation the message of the Divine Mercy, through the mediation of St. Faustina.  The Sanctuary houses grace-working images of the Merciful Jesus as well as relics of St. Faustina.  We will visit this Shrine of the Divine Mercy, St. Faustina's convent chapel, and her tomb.  We return to Krakow.  The rest of the day is yours to enjoy as you wish.  You might enjoy a stroll through the magnificent boulevards or stopping by the many cafes around the city.  A ‘Farewell Dinner’ will be served in a renowned local restaurant.  Overnight in Krakow.

Day 8 – KRAKOW…USA
We leave Krakow for the return flight home where we arrive on the same day.
